Judy has been working with dogs for the past 42 years. She has bred German Shepherd Dogs for many years and although no longer breeding keeps them as pets. In addition to this, she has also rescued many cross-breeds numbering in excess of 30 dogs.

Judy trains her own dogs in Obedience and Agility and spent some time in the Rebels 2000 working dog display team with two of her dogs.

Judy is a rescue assessor for a breed Society. She also works for the German Shepherd Dog Help line as a behaviour advisor and for many years. This involves helping enquirers with their dogs’ behavioural problems and has equipped Judy to understand the nuances of dog behaviour and the human relationships.

Judy spent many years working at the London Dog Behaviour Company who specialise in training dogs in basic obedience combined with solving behavioural problems in all breeds of dog. She has instructed and trained over five hundred dogs and their owners on the courses. Many of the dogs that attend the training classes are directed from veterinary practices. Judy is a member of the Guild of Dog Trainers.
