Sharon Arnold
Canine Behaviourist
Sharon has been training dogs for 30 years and working as a behaviourist for 15, no matter how challenging a behaviour Sharon will never turn a dog away.
As a full member of the British Institute of Professional Dog Trainers and a Master Trainer with the Guild of Professional Dog Trainers, Sharon is confident and competent working with and handling all breeds of dog.
Sharon’s main goal is to improve the quality of life for both ends of the lead through a sensible and realistic approach to all aspects of behaviour modification, really understanding the characteristics of your chosen breed and what makes them tick is always her starting point to any training programme.
Although Sharon works with all breeds her passion lies with German, Dutch and Belgian Shepherds having successfully competing in many sports; representing the German Shepherd with her own bred dogs on the GSD stand at both Crufts and Discover Dogs on numerous occasions on behalf of the Kennel Club has been a huge privilege and highlight of being involved in the dog world.
Sharon won’t waste your time with ineffectual activity, having ‘been there & done that’ her extensive experience speaks for itself and gets results.
Sharon is the owner and head trainer at her company FromeK9 Dog Training Ltd, a dedicated training centre in Frome, Somerset, offering classes, behaviour consultations, Daycare with training and adventure sports.
Having previously owned German Shorthaired Pointers and Terriers, Sharon currently shares her life with German and Dutch Shepherds.
